CHL4:CTF19 (N:P)
☞ IML3:CHL4 ☞ CHL4:MCM21 ☞ CHL4:CTF19
11 out of 17 bonds are clustered between TRP-293 to ARG-300
As CTF19 (Cenp-P) interface residues are seperated into two regions, the non-covalent contacts at the CHL4 (Cenp-N) interface are concentrated between TRP-293 and ARG-300, which is the dominated bulk of the doughnut-like CHL4 interface (recap the shape).
Unlike IML3:CHL4 (L:N) wherein the atoms interact mainly between the main chains and CHL4:MCM21 (N:O) where the majority of interactions are found between functional groups, CHL4:CTF19 interactions are normally between a main chain atom and a functional group atom.
